My daughter 'adopted' Kitty, a beautiful 11-year-old cat that belonged to her late Nanny. Sadly, her Nanny passed from Covid during the epidemic & Kitty was the link to holding onto precious memories of her. She was unable to be with her in the hospital & unable to have a funeral (such challenging times). Unfortunately, Kitty was killed by a car & I know my daughter's world was closing in on her. I 'Googled' pet cremation urns & at the top was the website 'Gentle Purrs'. Just from that name, I knew this was the right place to shop! I chose a beautiful patterned urn & bracelet that allows a few ashes to be locked away, a reminder that Kitty & Nanny are always close. The customer service from 'Gentle Purrs' was amazing. I had a lovely follow-up email from Zuzanna that was both compassionate & genuine. She mentioned she would send a grief journal to gently support my daughter through this time of loss, which was such a wonderful gesture & testament to an incredible company. My daughter has since received the items, which were well packaged & on close inspection, beautiful. Tears flowed & I received the biggest of hugs. She can now heal & rebuild her life. Thank you, 'Gentle Purrs'. XX
