We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, US, Canada, UK, Hong Kong and Singapore. Shipping may vary depends on the item, as some products are not deliverable to all regions. Check the product page for region specific shipping information.

2. How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping to Australia and New Zealand. International shipping fees vary by destination: Asia (Singapore and Hong Kong) flat rate AUD 5, UK AUD 10, US and Canada AUD 10. Our memorial keepsakes are shipped free worldwide.

3. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by location: 

• Australia & New Zealand: 6-14 business days
• Singapore, Hong Kong: 6-18 business days
• USA & Canada: 6-18 business days
• UK: 6-14 business days

Each item ships directly from the warehouse, so delivery times may very depending on its location and carrier availability.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once the order is shipped, you'll receive a tracing number via email. You can follow your parcel's journey and estimate delivery date.
